I am not a fan of dextrose. I like MTS Nutrition Carb 10--the quickness of dextrose with out the negative health effects of insulin spikes of dextrose
I formulated it to have the best ingredient dosing and data. I do not get into pissing contests, just compare the ingredients and the write up on it with its competitors and choose for yourself!
Not a fan of moderate intensity. Either do HIIT or LISS. MISS is just enough to impair recovery but not enough to elicit HIIT gains
