Hey Marc, love your channel! I am 11 weeks out from a mens physique comp and natty. Currently i am around 7-8% bf, but wanted to know whether you recommend keto or traditional carb lowering for getting comp ready. And what supps can i use to preserve as much muscle as possible while dieting. Your response would be extremely helpful to me, as this is my first time competing. Thank you!

I am not a keto or carb guy. I am a eat as many carbs as possible as long as possible while maintaining .3-.5g fat/lb bodyweight and 1g protein per lb bodyweight. See www.dropfactorbook.com
