Hey Marc! I am 16 and have been training roughly for 3 years. I was wondering if things like dextrose are a good source of carbs pre and post workout or will they spike your blood sugars?

I am not a fan of dextrose. I like MTS Nutrition Carb 10--the quickness of dextrose with out the negative health effects of insulin spikes of dextrose
