should I stick with my routine

I'm 5'8" 180-190lbs mostly flub I have been doing cardio and weight training for a year I started at 215-220lbs my strength is about the same but have lost weight I eat 1700 to  2200 a day chicken tuna salmon tilapia and veggies try to keep low carb

I have been doing that for a 3 weeks now and have seen and felt the difference in my legs back but trying to get leaner
