How many grams of protein and carbs should a post workout meal contain for maximum muscle gain and optimal recovery? Should it contain fat?

JamesH9020 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

The last part of the question is because people say you should stay away from fat as it slows absorption. I just wondered what your take on the matter is regarding fats post workout

What supplement will help me reach my goal?

Heidi Griffin 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

First off I just started binging your behind the hustle vlogs and have fell in love with your family. You all have so much knowledge and are willing to help anyone willing to listen and let us into your lives. Thank you for that.

I'm 36 years old, and a mother of 2. I've always had that extra fluff. I have a very hard time losing weight/fat. I have to be exactly on point and push myself atleast 2 hours a day everyday to see any kind of result. I've tried everything that gnc would sell me. I've lost 30 pounds but it took 2 years to do that.  Even though all I drink is water I still feel bloated and swollen. I've even been on prescription dieretics before and it didn't help. I would like to lose another 10-15 pounds and tighten everything up. I don't have allot to spend and  I'm thinking about the Tyrant, drop factor stack. Do you think that would help me lose fat and tighten everything up?

Thanks for everything you do.
