best time to take fat loss supplement if training first thing in the morning

if you train first thing in the morning , is it best to take your fat loss supplement when you first wake up wait a bit then take your pre workout for training. or should you take your fat loss supplement post training?

Take pre workout before training and fat burner (Drop Factor) 4 hours post workout
