losing weight, already low calories

Hey Marc, I have many friends and family members that are seeking to lose weight and hopefully keeping it off. they do not eat much food through the day, and some do exercise but the weight doesn't change. some people just don't want to exercise, just lose the weight through diet. is that possible even though they are having around 1000 to 1800 calories? thanks.

It is, but you SHOULD exercise...it is HEALTHY!


But I assure you they are probably eating more than they say they are
