Hi! You mention Tabata multiple times a week for general health and fitness but is that enough for a fat loss phase/cut?
Ok so i will make this short and snappy. I'm over weight, i need to lose around 90lbs. Is it best for me to diet constantly or in short periods e.g. 1 month on 1 week off but eat reasonably well.
Are isolation movements important for muscle building or can you get away with just doing compound lifts? Also are isolation movements bad for your joints?
Would it be beneficial to have a slow digesting carb with my protein shake before bed? I am trying to put on some size and weight but don't want to have fat storage.
competitive body building is constantly changing from lean physiques like Arnold to now mass monsters like Phil Heath. What do you think competitive bodybuilding will be like in 10 years from now?
I really think it will stay the same, and with the countless, silly divisions now, the "main" bodybuilding category will keep growing and growing (in size, not exposure)
