I'm currently on a cut for a summer by using carb cycling. How big of a difference should carbs be between low and high carb days and how long is this healthy to continue?
Hey Mark! My friend used to be overweight and I mean really big, now he's losing weight and I see that he has gotten bigger too. For me I had to Bulk to optimize muscle growth. How is it that he's gotten bigger while in a caloric deficit?
