insurance companies paying for gym memberships

Hunter 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

I feel like if insurance companies started paying for gym memberships or giving a discount on them, it would attract to people to become more active. Customers who exercise regularly are generally less likely to suffer from costly medical ailments including diabetes and heart disease. So discounting gym memberships pays off for insurance companies over time.

Protien and Kidney Damage

CJbear2016 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey mark recently my sisters teacher told her that protein supplements cause kidney and liver damage. While I know this is wrong I don't know why it is wrong or where the misconception comes from or if there is truly any validity to it. Thanks for all the work you do and i hope you have a good day.

Why do companies use so many different forms/names of the same type of ingredient?

magiclegend29 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

For example i bought Fenugreek to add to my Test stack & was told i got the wrong type. So with so many forms & so many ways to extract that ingredient, seed, leaf, root, etc. How does the consumer know when he/she is getting the right form, extracted the right way?
