Hello, just wanted your input on "forskolin" I just read an article where scientist recruited 30 overweight subjects, 15 of which received 250mg of 10% forskolin extract twice a day and 15 of which served as the placebo group. After 12 weeks, the forskolin group had significantly elevated free testosterone levels, increased lean body mass, increased metabolic rate, significantly decreased body fat percentage and fat mass and lowered blood pressure. Without having them do any kind of training or dieting "All of the fat loss and additional lean body mass happened on its own" This seems too good to be true...

MTS DRIVER & Low HDL
This is two separate questions:
1. I have been using Driver for about 3 months and I'm curious if I'm using it correctly. I have been taking it with every carb containing meal. Is that correct or do I only need to take it around my workouts?
2. I have had blood labs done 6 times over the past 8 months and one thing I've noticed every time is that my HDL is low, approx. 38. Cholesterol and LDL are also very low..... My question is, what can I do to raise my HDL? Diet or supplementation?
