caffiene tolerance - more effective pre workout

alot of people these days are using pre workouts, drinking monsters etc. I'm assuming the body gets used to this, fatigues CNS and make the pre workouts less effective due to inc tolerence. is there a proper way to deload and then come back with the effective feeling like it was the first time using a pre workout.  these days i dont really feel it I just do it as a routine.

Cooking with protein... and kids

Hello marc,

       I have seen many different recipes that incorporate whey or casein into their ingredients. One of the fan favorites is the Kodiak pancakes and adding a scoop of protein in it. My question is it i put the protein in it can my kids eat It? Or do.i need to make a separate batch that doesn't have the protein in it. My kid is only 3 so Im not sure what to do?

MY BITCH LEGS NEED HELP!! Is it possible to modify my weekly caloric intake around leg days to optimize targeted growth?

Hi Marc. MY LEGS! I am arm dominant. My upper body seems to grow, or at the very least, maintain size and strength with little to no training while my bitch ass legs gain strength and condition without gaining comparable size.

Is it possible to modify my weekly caloric intake around leg days to target optimal growth in my bitch ass chicken legs? i have tried  without success, but im not sure if my execution was incorrect or, my theory is incorrect. 

Also, can you give me an example of a training split that you would employ to bring up legs in the fastest, most optimal way?
