Splitting Up Cardio

Any benefit to splitting up cardio in the day? For example, taking Ritual AM & drop factor and doing 20 mins of morning "fasted" cardio and then about 12 hours later doing another 20 mins post workout. 

The benefits of cardio split has been shown to be the same as one longer session--so feel free to adjust as your schedule requires!
