MY BITCH LEGS NEED HELP!! Is it possible to modify my weekly caloric intake around leg days to optimize targeted growth?
Hi Marc. MY LEGS! I am arm dominant. My upper body seems to grow, or at the very least, maintain size and strength with little to no training while my bitch ass legs gain strength and condition without gaining comparable size.
Is it possible to modify my weekly caloric intake around leg days to target optimal growth in my bitch ass chicken legs? i have tried without success, but im not sure if my execution was incorrect or, my theory is incorrect.
Also, can you give me an example of a training split that you would employ to bring up legs in the fastest, most optimal way?

That probably won't do much, since the body doesn't work acutely like that. Just keep training legs hard and train them 1-2x a week.
