Hey Marc, I have done some extensive reading on guys past 40 and in the later years of life. I am 65 and I have been upping my Protein for the past few years and I am seeing some really good results would love your thoughts?.....PS This is my magic bullet before a work out I call this the Holy Grall  I mix Pre-Kage+Bio-Grow-+German Creatine+ Karbolyn) best stuff ever...Pumps are incredible.:)

Workout routine consists on training fasted at 6am, weights then cardio, pre workout clash, intra machine fuel and 15 min before yohimbine hcl for cardio. will the bcaa hinder the yohimbine effect?

Hey Marc,

Question for you I'm going to give fasting a try. But i take apple cider vinegar every a.m. will i have to adjust the timing of that if it falls with in my fast?
