Protien after 60....I'm 65 I have read you need at least 45-60 grams after a work out?

Hey Marc, I have done some extensive reading on guys past 40 and in the later years of life. I am 65 and I have been upping my Protein for the past few years and I am seeing some really good results would love your thoughts?.....PS This is my magic bullet before a work out I call this the Holy Grall  I mix Pre-Kage+Bio-Grow-+German Creatine+ Karbolyn) best stuff ever...Pumps are incredible.:)

45-60g PWO is silly. Protein intake will be about the same per the ISSN, 1gram per pound of bodyweight per day!
