Does Intermittent Fasting Hurt Muscle Gains?

Hi Marc,

I was thinking of starting intermittent fasting in an 11am-7pm window since it fits my college schedule. However, I don't want to hurt my muscle gains since I plan on lifting 6 days a week. Will IF hurt my gains? Thanks
