If losing fat, drop calories around 240 or so from carbs and fats (assuming protein is set at 1g/lb bodyweight) when you don't lose anything for a week. See www.dropfactorbook.com for further explanation 

EAA is pointless if getting enough protein IMO. BCAA are the three aminos that you will use best during training, so just have those in the form of Machine Fuel. 


We can debate IF all day, but if training fasted, I recommend Machine Fuel around training

30g-50g is sufficient. Fiber does have benefits and is essential for health. 


Too much fiber might hinder vitamin absorption and cause major GI distress. That upper limit amount is highly individual

They do, since it will spare the energy sources in the body (fats) by being used as easy energy. BUT, be sure to eat more than this one meal before training!

Technically it breaks the fast, but who cares?! It leads to better results!
