I feel that there is a window, the importance of it is what's at question. If you consume whey/whey+Carbs immediately PWO the glycogen replenishment is far superior to any other time (within an hour) but unless your diet and training are on point, it is putting too much focus on micro factors and not enough on macro factors. 


Post workout, have an MTS Whey + Carb 10 shake immediately after training

YES! If you have heavy weights to progressively overload, who cares where they are!

If the calories are above maintenance, ANYTHING will make you gain fat. If the calories are equal with ezekiel and other breads, there will be no difference in fat gain if over consumed

If healthy and not addictive sleeping pills (like melatonin) and a good burner (like Drop Factor), yes!

Either way, it will work the transverse abdominus, both are good!
