Abby, I have seen a plethora of injuries, and they are all minimized by doing proper pillar prep and movement prep. See this:

What is the best way to eat for size when you have a job that has you constantly moving. What are some foods to eat while on the go at work with little to no time?

Eat more! Pack Epic Gains in Ziplocks and use a shaker bottle. And when off of work, get in your required daily macros!

Fat macros

David O. 7 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

While on keto diet, how much fat should I eat? At this point I'm still battling my own brain and forcing myself to eat more fats. I don't realize I'm not eating enough until I'm exhausted.

Answer

It should be about 80 percent of your diet. See this: https://content.tigerfitness.com/what-is-the-keto-diet/

Cut Fat or Build Muscle First

Chris 7 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 4

Hi Marc,

I am relatively new to lifting.  Only about a 1 to 1.5 years into lifting consistently.  Currently I am in the low 20's when it comes to body fat percentage across a couple different body fat percentage tests.  Long term I am looking to compete someday but not sure if I should look to cut down to 10-12% body fat first like you have previously recommended or work on building some muscle foundation first.  Any recommendations for someone new?

Answer

No point gaining now--you will have too much fat!

I would cut down to 6-8% using www.dropfactorbook.com

Once there, LEAN GAIN 1-2lbs a month at www.massdiet.com

Best of luck!
