What are your thoughts about doing light band work a couple hours after working out on opposing muscles not worked during the workout?
Is it true that you can diet down and build a great physique and then reverse diet and keep a great physique while ending up with a higher caloric intake than your original maintenance?
It a real fitness dream or is it all a pipe dream? Bodybuilder physique and endurance athlete
Do you think it is possible to train to have a "bodybuilder" physique and for an endurance or obstacle race such as an Iron Man, Triathalon or Spartan race. Would you ever assist in coaching someone who wanted this type of physique and train for these type of races?

What do you do nutritionally during the long car rides from Illinois to TF headquarters?
I live 8 hours from my college, but come home at least once a month. I'm wondering what you do about prepackaging food for the drive and making sure you stay hydrated and fed.
