Tips on loose skin
Hello, I have been training for a couple years now, to the point where I completely transformed my physique. I was extremely overweight at one point; today it still shows reminants. I am currently getting ready for my very first bodybuilding show, and I still have areas of loose skin (midsection, inner leg, etc.) I was able to fill certain parts out where loose skin was once present. Now that I keep getting leaner, my waist is getting smaller and smaller, the skin becomes more of an issue around my midsection. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
There really isn't "too much" since excess will be converted to glucose via gluconeogenesis. BUT, aim for 1g per lb bodyweight daily
arachidonic acid
Hi Marc big fan I was wondering what your opinion of arachidonic acid and how much should you use.
I don't like it at all. I tried it once, and the pro-inflammation caused me to injure a shoulder! It's just not a good thing to supplement with. If you want AA, eat whole eggs.
You can, but it isn't optimal. I am not a fan of keto since it isn't sustainable or necessary. For a great diet see www.dropfactorbook.com
