We will be as big as them in 2-3 years and will maintain our REAL DEAL status.  We made the INC 500 this year in the top 150 and have no plans on stopping. People are tired of the BS and lies and we are the TRUTH!

I would get it checked out AND don't do that! Don't do wide press, it strains your shoulders! do regular flat DB bench press

What kind of lifting mindset is best for athletes specifically in sports like lacrosse or hockey?

Michael C 8 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

I am a college athlete playing lacrosse. I am constantly in a struggle to pick the best kind of lifting mindset in regards to my sport. A lot of times I lift with smaller rep schemes for power, but at other times I increase the volume and cannot decide nor have found anything on what the best kind of mindset in regards to amount of reps per set and how many sets I do that would best benefit me for my sport especially since lacrosse is a combination of endurance, power, but at the same time being able to be just as explosive in the first quarter as you are in the fourth quarter while being able to be explosive during long runs at offense or long defensive runs.

Answer

Have speed and power days and be sure to keep up with agility and plyos in the field. The mindset is...get stronger and more explosive!

Be ready for HORRIBLE GI distress! What you need is a good pre like CLASH and all of that is a non issue with Beta Alanine and the other ingredients!

It depends on your prep. But:

I carb deplete Tues-Thurs then load friday

I do NOT deplete water
