Benefits of training and not eating enough for size.
I eat 4 meals a day aprox. 50g protein 50g carbs per meal. Currently counting post shake as 1 of the 4 meals also with the same 50 50 ratio. All complex carbs and lean clean protein. Also 2 to 3 snacks. Mixed nuts, cottage cheese. Or protein bars. Avg. About 2750 cals. Per day.I weigh 180 and have dropped some and gained size but just came off my first cycle of test as well. Consuming this amount of food and intense training I know I won't gain much size...but what are the benefits? Any at all? Please and thank you, much appreciated, Kyle L.
Exercise is healthy, and it prevents many lifestyle diseases like diabetes, etc. You also might build some muscle...so essentially the same benefits as eating in a surplus
Not at all. Just take CLASH, it will blunt Lactic Acid with the copious ingredients without the digestion issues associated with a bolus of baking soda
MTS Whey since it came out when Amino spiking was the thing to do. We proved we can kill everyone in taste and BE HONEST with a fair price!
Thoughts on athlean-x?
what are your thoughts on athlean-x? Do you think this is just another cookie cutter program or do you think it's a top notch program?
Back Contraction
Hey Marc, is there any tips for getting a better upper/middle back contraction? I struggle feeling my back with any exercise, I've tried doing slower reps but I still cannot feel a thing!
Just use proper form and focus on the muscle being worked. When not training, try focusing on and contracting those muscles!
Fat Distribution
Can you obtain better fat distribution by getting the body to an extreme level of leanness? I have no intention of ever competing, but If you can take the body down to a true 5-6%, is it possible to have more even fat distribution during a gaining phase..
Depends on genetics, different people store fat predominantly in different places
I don't see a need to cycle CLASH since the Teacrine will prevent the tolerance issue
I would recommend looking into Westside Conjugate and to compete find a gym that can train you in this manner
