MTS Carb10 question.  I lift at 5am first thing in morning. I take Kaged stack. My question would you take carb10 with the pre workout or with the post workout shake. I try to eat a scope of whey with banana and peanut butter before bed. Thank you for everything you do.

If taking Tribulus Terrestris (min. 90% Saponins), how many grams per body weight,  and how long of a window before a workout for maximum effect?

will steady state  cardio after a workout cause you to burn too much muscle after a certain point in time?
