Fasted Cardio and rest time
Hi Marc,
I have two questions regarding fasted cardio.
Do you believe that fasted cardio is beneficial to fat loss? When looking for articles online, most of them rave about it. But I've seen other articles where it mentions that it doesn't make a huge difference in people.
I've implemented fasted cardio (with MTS drop factor and MTS machine fuel right before), eating a meal or 2, waiting a few hours, then go into weight training. Is there a set time or optimal time to wait until you train after a fasted cardio session?
Thanks
1) Fasted cardio isn't bad, it just isn't better than cardio at any other time.
2) No need to time cardio
Hypertrophy
Marc, as far as muscle hypertrophy goes. When would you change frequency, volume and intensity methods to facilitate progression towards strength and size gains.
I would stay on a program at least 6-12 weeks to allow for progressive overload to have a chance!
Just train for powerlifting but CONTROL your diet. Johnny Jackson is a world class powerlifter and is a great bodybuilder. It is DIET!
Supplements help, but they aren't magic. And building muscle and losing fat at the same time isn't a great strategy--it is very unlikely.

What's your why?
What's your why? What wakes you up in the morning? What drives you? What allows you to go balls deep every freaking day?
