Why is a product like Shakeology so expensive and is it comparative to Macrolutions?

Tim 7 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

I just got Macrolutions and like it a lot? Can you compare the two?

It is an MLM company and they have layer of people to pay--it is also a crap product in my opinion! We don't play people like MLM.

No comparison, read the ingredients. Macrolution destroys that garbage

Strength Training

In regards to gaining strength and progressive overload. Would you say it is just as important to track progress in accessory movements (such as chest flys) it is for compound movements (such as bench press)?

I honestly would focus on tracking on the big open chain movements and just go INTENSE on the sissy ones!

I recommend getting 30g-50g a day. If you need a supplement to hit that, take it!

What are the side effects of too much fiber intake?

Currently, I am getting roughly 80 grams of fiber per day. Does this cause fat storage or anything that will hinder optimal gains?

Answer

It would be extremely uncomfortable. Just aim for 50g fiber per day or around that

Anterior Pelvic Tilt

John 7 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

Hey Marc,

After seeing an article mentioning it, I feel like I have a slight case of Anterior Pelvic Tilt. It doesn't seem to be causing any lower back issues or anything but I feel that it is pushing my lower stomach out more and causing me to appear to have a worse composition than I really do. Any tips on how to correct it? I have began sleeping on my sides and back rather than my stomach because I did read where that is a main cause. However, unlike most websites etc., I consider you a very credible source and would love your feedback.

Thanks,

John

I would work on core strength and pillar prep. See this:

Also work on planks, GOBLET squats and other functional closed chain movements
