Years or dieting and then SLOWLY building calories back up by gaining slow. See www.massdiet.com . Start the "gain" at 6-8% bodyfat and gain 2lbs a month. Once at 12-15% bodyfat cut again. Repeat. Muscle burns calories!

Understand eachother and be willing to seek counseling if it all starts going downhill. And have sex often--lack of sex will lead to many problems!

For explosiveness, snatches, cleans, sled drags and plyos work well
