I will be in about 2-3 weeks for a month. My theory is you can be just fine if you go that lifestyle!

2 words--positioning and differentiation. See this:

You can approach it by offering to help and train with her BUT she needs to want to do it. If she is irresponsive, don't nag her

I never had a bodybuilding career. Bodybuilding is a hobby. My money is made with a REAL FREAKING JOB!

It depends on the bodypart and how heavy I go. I have no set rule

Of course you should eat! I have this immediately post training:

1 scoop MTS Whey

1 Scoop MTS Carb 10

2 scoops Ambrosia Overtraining Solution

Then have your next scheduled meal about an hour later

I actually OWN an infrared sauna at home. Muscle recovery, removing toxins, calorie burn, better adaptation to high-heat training...it is good stuff!

Strength and hypertrophy are correlated. Progressively overloading, or going up in weight or reps and IMPROVING each workout is the best way to build muscle and strength at the same time. We explain that here: https://content.tigerfitness.com/core-4-strength-hypertrophy-program/
