Inspiration for kids in the ghetto

Christian Tomyn 8 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

Marc, you often talk about growing up in Inglewood Ca. The same place Dr. Dre and 2Pac used to rap about. What advice or what kind of motivation could you give to kids growing up in similar less than optimal settings?

They just need to do as little "dirt" as possible and always have a goal and plan of how to get out. For me it was football

Natty rep ranges

David matson 8 years ago updated by andy 7 years ago 2

I have seen many different theories online for rep ranges for natural lifters. Some say they need to lift heavy in order to build muscle while others say higher rep ranges like 12-15. In your opinion what would be the best ranges for bulking and for cutting phases?

Would you recommend taking Peak PhysiCor all year round every day? Would this be perfectly safe? I'm really loving the look of this product & just wondering your thoughts. Thanks Marc

When i'm doing legs my glutes always seem to take over and get the most work, especially when squating. What can I do to put more of a load on my quads when back squating? Thanks!

Have you ever competed in powerlifting or coached any powerlifters? Biggest differentiating factors between your training protocols and a powerlifting program? Would love to hear your take on the sport!
