what do you recommend for protein on the go when shakes are not an option? Also there is a nut allergy in my family. Thanks.

Although I have never tried it, I was interested a few years ago when a supplement called Oneiromancer came out, which was purported to enhance dreams and make them more vivid. Are there any supplements you have found that tend to increase dream activity and make them easier to recall.

Why can't you make more of the MTS Pre and Anitra Workouts taste like Nektar?
love the MTS line, but constantly using Nektar to enhance the flavors of my pre/intra workouts. Couldn't you make a line of all the things: Clash, Vasky,and Machine Fuel taste like Nektar?
Which is better to use while bulking? Barbell or dumbbells?
I was wondering which workout weights would be better to use while bulking? Barbell or dumbbells? Should I focus more on the heavier barbells or focus on the more isolating dumbbells?
Both of them! they are both free weights and both have advantages. Squats with barbells and bench press with dumbbells!
There is no reason why Insurgent would cause this, quite the contrary. I would look at something else in your diet causing this

hey marc love your videos from wales uk! Ive had some serious health issues last year or so (crohns disease) but last several weeks have returned to better health.. my diet is on point, supplementation and admitting using peds. I really feel im training my ass off and im getting very quick results and hoping to compete in a few months.. trouble ive got is i sort of feel im addicted to training if this makes sense?? I sometimes go 7-10days without a day off but some days if im feeling burnt out do small things like abs,calves n cardio then feel im ok to go again.. question is will this catch up with me? Sure i read kevin levrone used to take just a day or so off afyer a week or 2 when competing?? Thanks for the great videos and im pretty sure youll answer my question that im training like a pussy to train so much haha
