Supplements for males while trying to plan for children

If you are a male, and trying to have kids, are there any supplements/sarms/roids that may help or harm the process. Also trying to stay away from anything that could cause possible birth defects  Thanks, Wesley

Be sure to keep your testes not too hot (no sauna, hot tub or tight undies) and insurgent and Barracuda MIGHT increase sperm count.

I have been considering going vegan for a while now hearing the benefits of weight loss behind this trend, but I have also heard of nutrient deficiencies and minimal muscle gains from it as well.

Could taking too many supplements effect

Could taking too many supplements in one sitting take a toll on the liver or kidney? I take a multi vitamin, fish oil, creatine, MTS whey, Peak Physicor, and a probiotic with my first meal of the day. if so, what if I take a supplement for liver or kidney health?
