High fat keto meal after training

Hi Marc --

I know you are not a huge fan of the keto diet for optimal gains but my question is for someone who is in ketosis and trains with weights. Do you know how the body reacts after a weight training session when the post workout meal is high fat and moderate protein with almost zero carbs? Do the fat calories go into the muscle and get stored as body fat since there is no glycogen from carbs or does the body handle the fat calories differently since the body is in ketosis? Thank you

Chest flys with support on head or no support

While doing dumbell chest flys, is it better to have your head free from the bench to get a better stretch or to lay your head on the bench for support?

what do you think of the company 1st phorm and Andy Frisilla? And what about their 1st phorm legionnaire program? I'm on the fence about thinking they are just using people or if they are actually a solid company. I like the ideas but being a part of the program I've seen parts of the inside and I just get weird feelings of them just using me

6 meals a day or Intermittent Fasting?

I have tried 6 meals a day and also IF. I had the same macros/calories for both but gained weight on 6 meals a day while losing weight on IF. Can you please explain why that happened and which one you think is better?

Vitamins, Minerals, and Nutrients

Does it matter what time of day I take vitamins and omegas, such as fish oil? Or does it depend more on what time I workout during that day? 


For example, if I workout in the evening should I take these at dinner time? Or should I have taken these first thing in the morning?

What are the best options to eat when stuck with fast-food as only option?

Although we never try to be in this situation, what is best to eat when stuck with only the fast food option? McDonald's Double Quarter Pounder, but only consuming the patties. Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich and again only consuming the meat with a baked potato? Please advise. Thanks, just a curious cop stuck with options on the road and sometimes limited ones on 3rd shift.

Zero Carb

I am on a zero carbohydrate diet, high protein, enough fat, so my carbs are 0, protein 270, and fats 40 g. I weigh 228 and cannot go down any more in weight, I recently switched from a vegan diet to adding eggs egg whites and whey protein back into my diet. I increase LISS cardio 20 mins every week and have hit a block in my weight loss, I workout 6 days a week. Was curious if you have an explanation to why this is happening.
