Distributing in Canada?

Todd Gebert 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

When will TigerFitness make the jump to Canada? The international shipping and exchange rates are a killer these days. Love your products and would like to consume more of them, but I have to strategically choose between certain ones to fit my budget.

Negative influence on a child's nutrition

Rick 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Marc,

I have been bodybuilding for years and currently follow your basic "keto" plan.  My daughter follows my eating habits for the most part.  But when with Aunts/Grandma is being told RIce and Bread are bad for her.  While at the same time being fed things like graham Crackers w/ frosting.  It's a constant argument.  Where and how would you approach this?

Waist trainers

What is your opinion on waist trimming belts? Are they legit? Does it actually help when doing core work? I've seen some not only for the stomach area but for thighs and arms.  They are usually all sold or meant to be sold in conjunction with a type of lotion to boost sweating in the area (i.e. Sweet Sweat, BeautyFit BeautyBum).

Do I really need to stuff my face in??

Justin-Anthony Davis 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey Marc. My goal is to gain mass, and Im not too concerned about looking too shredded. Ive been told numerous times "just eat a lot. Just eat!" Or "You got to just stuff your face with food" Ive been trying to stuff my face in..and I just end up throwing up. Do I really need to eat like a pig? Or change something? Thank you!
