Can only get a good pump in one arm
Hey Marc, no matter what I do, I can not get a pump in my left arm. I use dumbbells for things like curls and bench, and focus on my form to make sure I'm not favoring one side. Both arms reach failure at the same amount of reps so I know I've evened out the strength imbalance I had from a previous hand injury. However, while I feel an AMAZING pump in the right arm, the left barely feels pumped at all by the time I'm done with my post workout shake. What is the issue, and what can I do to feel that amazing swoleness on bother sides?

Do assisted pullups help build pull up strength ?
wassup marc im currently 14 at about 132-134 pound i workout 6 times sometimes 7 times a week that basketball and a some weight traning i been weight traning for about 6 years and i usually can do a good amount of pullups but i stopped for a month straight now i cant do it no more so i went to assisted pullups am i wasting my time or am i slowly building up thanks love ur energy in the videos
Weight sequence for squat everyday for 115 lb female
I am 115 lb female And looking to try adding in the squat a day program. I currently do squats with working sets of 150 lbs on leg days. What would a good weight sequence be to get the most benefit but not over work my legs. Thanks, Kila (yes, rhymes with tequila 😋)
BCAA: Real Deal or Hyped

I saw this article by Michael Matthews, author of Bigger Leaner Stronger, basically says that BCAA does not live to the hype except if you're using it during fasted cardio/training. He also said:

Should we stack drop Factor with yohimbe and acetyl l-Carnitine?
Acetyl l-carnitine is raved about for fat loss and i ordered if it was necessary to stack drop factor with it.
