Mark, I have been out of the gym for almost a year after losing my mom in November. I am trying to get back into the gym and was curious for my Macros should I put the days I work out now (0) or the days that I plan on working out (5-6).
How to most effectively utilize the extra calories during a LEAN Bulk
Recently I have transitioned to a lean bulk, I was wondering how to effectively use the extra calories to my advantage. Do I increase my volume? Intensity? Both? Could this increase in volume or intensity lead to over training?

Hi Marc how are you? Great Youtube channel! It´s good to see someone so upfront and direct. Could you please tell me if its better to do high intensity fast workouts with more or less reps? Because i´m 43 years old, 209 pounds, 6,14 ft tall and starting to notice that i´m recovering slower. I´m eating well and increased protein intake. What do you think about this? Thanks a lot. how much caffeine can you take in a day that wont hurt your gains or weightloss? Im taking drop factor and a pre workout (about to order Clash).
