Training Style

Noah 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hey Marc, I was wondering on your opinion on DC Training, DoggCrapp Training. Is it beneficial to do a training program with this type of split 3 days a week for building strength and all. Or is it better to do regular hypertrophy training? - NoahzDeutsch

Are hip thrusts for girls?

Daniel Tapia 7 years ago updated 7 years ago 4

My friend keeps trying to get me to do hip thrusts.  He read the are the 'most important exercise you aren't doing'.   I'd prefer to stick with squats and deadlifts.   What say you on this?

LP Velasquez 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Love the channel sir, its a pool of knowledge. My question is, will taking an aromatase inhibitor like jacked factories androsurge help with gains or is it just a waste of money? I am 41 years old and I lift because I love it. Thank you for your time!

How to ask for Testosterone tests

Phil Hernandez 7 years ago updated by Marc Lobliner 7 years ago 1

Hi Mark,

I'm 36 and have never tested my T levels. I've never felt symptoms or felt the need to, but now that I'm getting older and focusing on my health and muscle building, I'm thinking it would be good to have a baseline from which to periodically compare against. What specific tests should I ask for when I visit my Endocrinologist? Also, if T levels rise and fall during the day is it even possible to feel confident in its accuracy?

is there an advantage to flexible dieting leading up to a contest vs the old school chicken, rice and broccoli diet?
