Unbalanced Chest , How to fix and should I use barbell or dumbells
How to fix my unbalanced chest. the right side is bigger than the left side. should I train the left chest more times a week? Should I use barbells or dbs only? and give an example for a chest workout to fix it please.

Since DB work more pec than barbell, go dumbbell! AND DO NOT TRAIN UNEVEN! This can lead to silly physiological problems
