Hey Marc, I was wondering on your opinion on DC Training, DoggCrapp Training. Is it beneficial to do a training program with this type of split 3 days a week for building strength and all. Or is it better to do regular hypertrophy training? - NoahzDeutsch

I personally think it is a silly training method. Just my opinion
