I was in a car accident and broke my back, so I now have titanium rods in my lower back. This happened a couple of years ago so I have my strength back, but I was curious to know which was better for my back in the long run. Thanks, and love the site.
Different bars for lifting
Are there different types of barbells that should be used for specific movements (ie: squats, deadlifts, bench press etc)? If so, what are the benefits to using a barbell designed for a specific movement? Thank you

why is teacrine only in the drop factor capsules and not the powder. i prefer the powder because it helps me drink 24 oz of water first thing in the morning.
Preventing Muscle Loss - Extended Length Sustained Cardio

Fall is knocking on our doorstep and it's time to get outside and get active (even more than we are now)! I have worked hard in the gym all Summer to make gains, but one of the activities I enjoy the most is backpacking. Backpacking is very strenuous and sustained over 8+ hours a day. While my muscles are worked, it is difficult to effectively replenish the thousands of calories burned per day. How can I help prevent muscle loss during my multiple day trips. Are BCAA's sufficient? How often would you recommend taking them while hiking. Kind of a fringe question but I appreciate you answering!
Censorship of bodybuilding community/content?
In reference to this video, I want to know your thoughts on YouTube having less revenue for any bodybuilding related videos in the future. With "steriods" already being a word to avoid for YouTube ads, how do you think bodybuilding and the community as a whole will be affected by possible censorship of its content?

Continuing to make gains while training for an endurance for example a marathon.
currently training for a marathon as well as sticking to my weight lifting. Had plenty of comments that I will lose all my gains during this period. is this false? Can't you still continue to make gains as long as your nutrition is on point? And is there a specific weight lifting style that should be followed?
