Currently i am around 7-8% bf, but wanted to know whether you recommend keto or traditional carb lowering for getting comp ready. Is it a good idea to mix creapure creatine monohydrate with creatine hcl? What are your thoughts on creatine hcl as a whole? Do you think a mixture of the two will promote strength and muscle mass gains?

Physically demanding profession over 40
Recently turned 40 and I'm in a physical profession...is there any specific adjustments to training/training tips or workout routines you would recommend for guys over 40 who work a physically demanding job?

Progressive Overload
Hey Marc,
I hear you talk about progressive overload often as the best way to make gains - I agree no doubt. You say increased weight or reps each week but do you employ any certain methods such as pause reps or anything like that to increase the taxing of the muscle? I just know that strength isn't linear and I dont feel I can add weight and reps indefinitely.

does doing cardio everyday for an extended period of time cause a catabolic effect for a person who is not overweight?
