Progressive Overload

Hey Marc,

I hear you talk about progressive overload often as the best way to make gains - I agree no doubt. You say increased weight or reps each week but do you employ any certain methods such as pause reps or anything like that to increase the taxing of the muscle? I just know that strength isn't linear and I dont feel I can add weight and reps indefinitely. 



You certainly can. Anyway to overload the muscle is going to help!
