Preworkout Adrenal Clense
Hello Marc, ive been taking preworkout on a daily basis and noticed I'm not feeling the effects as much as the first time. I've heard of adrenal cleaners but I'm not sure if they would work. What do you think is the best way to feel the full effects of preworkout again would a adrenal cleaner supplement be necessary?

5x5 training
Hey Marc Im a 21 year old female my goal at the moment is building muscle. What are your thoughts on 5x5 training (pros and cons)?

Pushing to hard? Headaches and blur vision
Hey Marc,
A few times after working out, especially after leg day I get bad head aches and my vision blurs. Am I just pushing myself to hard? I take a lot of water throughout the day and during workouts and take a pre-workout.

Do you believe that IIFYM is sabotaging so peoples health and fitness goals? For example just because you can fit 70 g of carbs from a pop tart, no one will argue that an avocado with rice that has the same nutritional value in terms of calories carbs fat is healthier. Do you believe that this holds people back from losing weight or gaining muscle?

GAS!!!
Marc, I get gas or stomach bloat really bad when I get ready for a show. I eat healthy most of the time of the year, and I don't drink carbonated beverages. What could be the cause, and how do I fix it even if it's short term?

What is best scheme for warming up?
What would you recommend for a warm up set for big lift,squat, bench, dead lift.?
AND,after warm up set and going to work sets, is it better to keep weight/rep rand same or increase weight/less rep sets?

I'm 5'8" 180-190lbs mostly flub I have been doing cardio and weight training for a year I started at 215-220lbs my strength is about the same but have lost weight I eat 1700 to 2200 a day chicken tuna salmon tilapia and veggies try to keep low carb
