Do you believe that IIFYM is sabotaging so peoples health and fitness goals? For example just because you can fit 70 g of carbs from a pop tart, no one will argue that an avocado with rice that has the same nutritional value in terms of calories carbs fat is healthier. Do you believe that this holds people back from losing weight or gaining muscle?

I believe the fat loss and gains are similar, but health-wise, micronutrients are key. This is why I prefer more micronutrient dense food sources
