What is best scheme for warming up?

What would you recommend for a warm up set for big lift,squat, bench, dead lift.?

AND,after warm up set and going to work sets, is it better to keep weight/rep rand same or increase weight/less rep sets?

If doing 315:

135 x 5

185 x 3

225 x 2

275 x 1

And it depends on your program as to what is best
