5x5 training

Hey Marc Im a 21 year old female my goal at the moment is building muscle. What are your thoughts on 5x5 training (pros and cons)?

It isn't bad, but it isn't the holy grail. Try it and see how you like it and if you don't, there are plenty of other options at Tigerfitness!
