High fat keto meal after training

Hi Marc --

I know you are not a huge fan of the keto diet for optimal gains but my question is for someone who is in ketosis and trains with weights. Do you know how the body reacts after a weight training session when the post workout meal is high fat and moderate protein with almost zero carbs? Do the fat calories go into the muscle and get stored as body fat since there is no glycogen from carbs or does the body handle the fat calories differently since the body is in ketosis? Thank you

It needs to stay in ketosis, so this is the only option
