Hi Marc I have a question about intensity.
Long time viewer first time question asker lol, I've recently been upping the intensity of my workouts as opposed to doing more of a powerlifting style training with linger rest periods as I have a higher metabolism. I've been doing this for 3 months and ever since I get very very very tired after training. On some days I work late so I work out in the am before work and my job is rather cerebral so I can't be almost falling asleep. Is there a way to reduce this so I can keep the intensity high? I'm 5'11 and 160 pounds my post workout is 20oz whole milk 10oz OJ and 2 scoops of core pwo.
Test booster/test
What is the difference between test boosters and test injections. And which is more effective.
Being sick and working out
I wanted to know : when you are sick is it okay to workout or do you need to rest . And if you rest do you eat as usual or you eat less
Can I deadlift 4 times a week?
Hey Mark I was wondering could I deadlift different variations 4 times a week?
I plan on doing conventional deadlifts/ low rack pulls on my two back days, sumo deadlifts on one leg day and hex bar deadlifts on the other leg day.
Is this too much? My deadlift is plateauing and that's the reason I want to up my DL frequency
Thanks!
