As summer is here, and everyone wants to look as lean as possible, what are some good ways to "flush" out excess water weight beneath the skin?
Honest, don't! Just get lean. Lower bodyfat means a less watery look! Being dehydrated is dangerous.
If you could only take either mental jewels or nectar because of money restraints what would you take?
