They won't do much. Stick to tried and true supplements, not scams, like my MTS Nutrition
You need to ease back into increased macros. See www.massdiet.com for tips on how to do this
It should equal out if macros are the same. BUT, there is less chance to mess up on IF since you eat for less time. See my IF experiment here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs9693VeP1CrD9cGyJLWA7YbBZHwVwZA4
1) What you eat pre workout depends on personal preference. I like having a normal, carb, protein and fat containing meal.
2) It depends on the diet. I personally prefer carbs before bed due to hormonal benefits like serotonin. See www.dropfactorbook.com

You are not really on a zero carb diet since protein is the culprit. Excess protein gets converted to glucose via gluconeogenesis. If going low carb, go keto. This means 80% fat and 20% protein. OR, go on a less extreme diet that accounts for adjusting as you hit a stick point, like www.dropfactorbok.com
I would opt for the leaner meats, like chicken, and if on a carb-containing diet, the baked potato
